Taipei Haiku #44

Poor Gudetama!

Made to reflect woes of all

As melty egg thing

A source (my friend Marika) informs me that Gudetama is meant to represent clinical depression. I do not know how true this is. I have not made any effort to confirm this. But judging by my empathy with the creepy melty egg thing, I can recognize the truthiness of this.

May Gudetama, and all of us, one day achieve peace of mind.
